Some photos of Louis #25, Andy #333 and Talan #174 from the weekend at Snetterton. Dry day on Sunday meant for better conditions and close battles in each class. Andy, in his first race with Thunderbike Extreme managed a 19th overall and 4th in class, awesome job. Louis put in some fast lap times and battled hard amongst some very fast racers, holding his own and giving no quarter. Talan had a good first race (20th overall and 8th in class) but some electrical gremlins meant he has to retire the bike in the second race. Overall some great performances by all the racers. Many thanks to the Talan Racing support crew, who worked well throughout the weekend. Steve was missed by all and we wish him a continued recovery to full strength. One more round to go, Brands Hatch Indy over the 8/9 Oct weekend. Then it is time to relax, or more realistically, time to go to Spain for sunshine and hot weather and get training for next season!
Thank you once again to all those who sponsor, support or simply cheer the team on. We couldn't do it without you.

Saturday proves to be a battle simply to finish. The torrential rain on Friday had soaked the track, but with intermittent drizzle the track became greasy and claimed many racer scalps. The team stayed upright, put in some good on track battles and lived to race another day. Looking dry for today, so there are three very excited racers in garage four. Pop in and say hi or follow live timing on TSL Timing website. Louis (25) is in Powerbikes, Andy (333) in Thunderbike Extreme and Talan (174) in MRO 600. Andy looks to have three races today due to one being carried over from yesterday. ... See MoreSee Less

Brief report from Talan - The final round of Porsche Club Championship is now complete. Yesterday saw the cars battling it out around the undulating track of Oulton Park. After a dry qualifying the rain came with abundance and we were in for a vert wet first race. Before the completion of the first 'flag lap' the screen had misted up. There was a 2 inch gap of clear screen at the very bottom of the window so I tried to drive like a hunchback, with neck squashed down so I could simply see where I was going. The spray from the cars in front, the rain and the fogged glass made for very difficult driving conditions. However, I had a race long battle with car 45, finally coming out ahead after a overtake that took me around the outside going through turn one. The drive earned be the "driver of the race' award.
Race 2 and it was better vision but the track was greasy. Same battle with car 45, and after passing each other a few times it was he that took line honours. A great way to end the season with good, clean racing.
The final results have me placed seventh (out of ten) in the championship, just four points off sixth. Out of the possible thirteen races, I scored in nine rounds, as I had two DNF's (crashing), one retirement (clutch broke), one DNS (electrical failure of accelerator). So all in all, a great learning experience and one that has entered me into the exciting world of four wheeled racing. Looking forward to the next challenge.....getting quicker!
Many thanks to all who offered support, offered instruction, advised me, and throughout the season, made it possible, Peter Skeels-Piggins, Jennifer Flannery, MW Solicitors, the Matt Hampson Foundation, Darren King, Kirby Mccarthy, Dan Jackson, Ben Demetriou, Clive Hilton, Karolina Spinderella, Hugo Holmes, and all those I've not mentioned as well, thank you.
